Saint Jacques - 75005 PARIS, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase from 05/12/2023 to

08/06/2023 at noon . The operation is entitled: Test Pressing Parc des Princes 93 (hereinafter “the Game”).

2.1 This draw is open to any natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica), Belgium and Switzerland, whether or not a customer of Universal Music France, who wishes to participate by pre-ordering the album Parc des Prince 93, in the form of 3 45T:

The company reserves the right to carry out all necessary verifications concerning the identity, postal and/or electronic address of participants.

2.2 Game with obligation to purchase the 3 45Ts mentioned above

2.4 Persons who have not provided proof of their full contact details and identities or who have provided them inaccurately, as well as persons refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them which is strictly necessary for the purposes of the draw.

Article 7: Limitation of liability

Participation in the draw implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Company may not under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being exhaustive:


  1. of the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
    any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper running/functioning of the draw;
    3. failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
    4. loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
    5. routing problems;
    6. the operation of any software;
    7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
    8. any damage caused to a Participant’s computer;
    9. any technical, hardware or software failure of any nature, having prevented or limited the possibility of participating in the Game or having damaged a Participant's system;
    10. from the malfunction of the prizes distributed as part of the game, and from any direct and/or indirect damages that they could cause.

    It is specified that the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind and for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct damage that would result, in any way, from a connection to the site developed as part of this game. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any damage. The participation of Participants in the draw is under their sole responsibility. The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the draw if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in terms of IT or the determination of the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. However, it cannot incur any liability of any kind towards the Participants due to any fraud that may have been committed. In particular, fraud will be considered when a Participant uses one or more fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties, each Participant must participate in the Game under their own and unique name. Any fraud will result in the elimination of the Participant.

The draw is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook cannot be held responsible for any dispute related to the draws. For any questions, comments or complaints regarding the draw, please contact the draw organizers and not Facebook. All content submitted is subject to moderation. The organizing company reserves the right to accept, refuse or delete any content, including content already uploaded, without having to provide justification.

The organizer reserves the right for any reason whatsoever to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the game or to modify all or part of the terms of these rules, in compliance with them. If, as a result of an event beyond its control, it is forced to apply this right, its liability cannot be incurred.

The organizer reserves the right to permanently exclude from the various draws any person who, through fraudulent behavior, would harm the smooth running of the games. In addition, the sponsorship of fictitious people will result in the immediate elimination of the customer. Similarly, any attempt to use the game outside the unmodified interface set up on the site will be considered an attempt at fraud.
